Our new site went live a month ago. We are already seeing incredibly positive results, as page views have risen to 10,000 over the past month. Average session durations have also dramatically increased, while the bounce rate has decreased by 20% as the site has become so much easier to navigate. The new booking and donation features are also proving to be a huge help to our fundraising, as with event bookings coming in and a number of direct debits being set up through the website within days of going live."

The Trust's previous website had a high bounce rate and no way of booking online for their fundraising events. Creating their new site involved writing new, improved content and training staff to use new functionality to launch fundraising campaigns and event bookings.
