David Melville

David Melville - Chair of the Trustees

David believes in the power of digital to transform the world. He was at the forefront of the UK's digital revolution, as Legal Director of Freeserve prior to its flotation, and ultimate sale for over $2.3BN in 2000. David has also headed up the legal teams at Argos and Amazon, and is now Chief Counsel at SGO Corporation. SGO, the world's largest provider of electronic voting systems and a company committed to creating technology to improve society.

Diviya Gosrani

Diviya Gosrani - Trustee

Diviya understands how to use money to make change happen. She is currently Head of Messrs Hoare Trustees. She has worked with major donors, foundations and trusts all of her life - for the last nine years at Hoare’s Bank and previously for seven years at Kleinwort Benson and 14 years at Coutts. She has been a leading innovator in social financing and grant giving and was involved in establishing a Donor Advised Fund for the bank.

Simon Persoff

Simon Persoff - Trustee

Simon is a lawyer and entrepreneur who is passionate about giving back to society and in particular helping charities navigate complex regulatory developments.  He has over twenty years’ experience across commercial, strategy, legal and regulatory issues, including having held director-level roles at Orange.  Simon has a particular interest in data privacy and is currently advising a global financial institution on its implementation of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Nick Scott

Nick Scott - Chief Executive

Nick is passionate about helping to scale the impact of The Transform Foundation.  He believes through improved digital literacy the positive impacts created by the third sector can be scaled up by an order of magnitude.  He joins from the impact investment fund responsible for developing the world’s largest Reduced Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation project.  Prior to this he was Head of Partnerships at GroupSpaces which provided digital solutions to membership organisations across global academic institutions.
