About The Transform Foundation

The Transform Foundation is a charity for charities. We help small and mid-sized charities make the most of digital marketing to recruit donors, volunteers, campaigners and beneficiaries. We do this by giving grants, partnering with leading companies to provide digital skills, funding research and putting on events to educate the sector.

About The Role

This role is an opportunity to join the Transform Foundation’s Digital Skills team in the role of Digital Skills Partnerships Manager.

The focus of the role will be securing high level partnerships with FTSE 100 companies and Large Global Companies with a large presence in the UK for our Digital Timebank project. The goal of the project is to co-ordinate volunteering time from digital experts at large companies, so that it can be used to help charities with digital projects.

You will be responsible for contacting prospective partner companies, explaining the proposition to them and securing them as partners.

You will help these companies find projects that will amplify their CSR targets and then pair them with the most appropriate charities. You will also be responsible for measuring the results of these projects and create case studies for the partners you secure as a managed service.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years experience securing high level engagements or partnerships with major international companies
  • A proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior executives at large corporations
  • Impeccable communication, negotiation and project management skills with a particular focus on change programmes
  • Experience of dealing with a large number of stakeholders in complex organisations
  • Strong background in business development and legal/contracting skills
  • High levels of digital literacy and an unshakeable belief in the power of digital to create transformative impact
  • Either experience in the charity/public sector or a passion for creating and driving social impact
  • An ability to work independently in a target- and deadline-driven role
  • Multiple languages would be of benefit to enable work with international clients and engaging global companies
